This is my third car that I purchase from this dealership, However I have noticed that there has been a massive overall in the demographics of the employees in the service department. Most of the senior service staff has left the Hollywood location of Auto Nation Honda. I have lost confidence in these new hires and the limited rapport and relationship building SKILLS with dedicated customers like myself. On 8/16/2022 AN OIL CHANGE WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE AND THE BILL WAS ALMOST $100.00. I WAS VERY SHOCK. THIS SERVICE USUALLY COST ME AROUND $55-$60. THAT IS CRAZY AND OVER PRICED.!!!!!!! I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGGEST TO ANY HONDA OWNERS IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED PLEASE LOOK INTO THAT OPTION BECAUSE I AM. More
