For years we were very happy here, especially with service rep Fernando. He was away last time I needed work done on my car ( I was travelling alone to NY and back) Not only would the rep NOT listen t service rep Fernando. He was away last time I needed work done on my car ( I was travelling alone to NY and back) Not only would the rep NOT listen to my concerns, ( because I'm a woman? ) I was not happy with the quality of the work done, felt I was scammed into work I didn't need, and I still need the exhaust system and heater looked at. I have moved to Georgia this month and only hope I can find reliable, honest dealership here. More
