I bought my very first Honda here, and it was a really nice experience. The subsequent service department visits are someting I actually look forward to. All the work performed has been done properly. Upon arrival, there is a team to top off fluids and check the battery. Everyone is being efficient with both their time as well as mine. I recommend taking your vehicle to another location for service. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs and damaged while in the shop. They kept my vehicle for almost 2 months. Upon picking up my vehicl service. My vehicle was dropped off for repairs and damaged while in the shop. They kept my vehicle for almost 2 months. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed interior damage and deep scratches on the roof. Autonation accepted responsibility for the exterior damages and repainted my roof. However they refuse to repair my interior damages and blamed damage on wear and tear which is incorrect. John Avino immediately denied my claim, not accepting accountability for his staff/ vendors. He requested photo as proof and when I sent it, he still denied it not accepting accountability and refuse to assist. I wonder if this is standard practice at your AutoNation’s Collision Center or is this the usual feedback they receive from customers. I find what happened to be unacceptable at all scales. Autonation clearly doesn’t care about their customer satisfaction and shows no interest in finding a satisfactory solution to customers concerns. More

Customer service was excellent. A bit bothered when the mechanic informed the service rep that my vehicle did not come with a power liftgate that could be open by my foot. It did A bit bothered when the mechanic informed the service rep that my vehicle did not come with a power liftgate that could be open by my foot. It did come with it and only works once in a while. o, instead of trying to fix it, the mechanic said it never existed. That onus is on the mechanic, not Neal the wonderful service rep. More
