I wish I could post less than one star. After the new tire I purchased from Rick Case Honda blew out on the highway, I put on a spare and took it to Auto Nation Honda Hollywood as it was on After the new tire I purchased from Rick Case Honda blew out on the highway, I put on a spare and took it to Auto Nation Honda Hollywood as it was only a few minutes away. The tire was warrantied both by the manufacturer and by Honda (as I had bought into their tire insurance program). I explained the situation to the people in the service center, but they told me that I would have to drive all the way out to Rick Case as that was where I bought the tire from. So I called Rick Case and they told me that wasn't true and that any Honda dealership could help me. Auto Nation Honda refused to honor that. They did however offer to charge me $584 to put a new tire on and do a balance. And attempted to up-charge me an additional $180 to clean out my brake line. Worst customer service ever! I ended up having to drive on the spare tire all the way out west to get it dealt with at Rick Case. Auto Nation Honda Hollywood could have helped me easily, but didn't want to be bothered. Terrible customer service. They should be ashamed. More
