The labor rates to maintain a car of my year, make and model are becoming cost prohibitive so I was hoping if Management can please consider ethical customer pricing models. I also wanted to file a complaint against a Sales/Leasing Specialist named, "Karl" for his negative behavior because he introduces himself in an effort to buy my car then when I said no he tried to make me watch his coat that he left on the bench. Adrian was able to help get Karl's coat to the Cashier's lost and found but Karl should be reprimanded for his unprofessional behavior. More
