If I could give negative stars I would. I have now been to this Honda dealership a few times and each time I’ve been has been worse than the last. 1. I went to get my Odyssey servic I have now been to this Honda dealership a few times and each time I’ve been has been worse than the last. 1. I went to get my Odyssey serviced for a concern that was still under warranty and the “Lead tech” told me that I can diagnose it on my own at home because he didn’t have time for it. 2. I then went in to see if they could buy my van back and they wasted my time instead of giving me any info over the phone. 3. The last time I had an experience with this dealership I called to see if they could take me home, only 3 miles away, after I turned in my lease and they told me that I would have to be in service or spending money and they were too busy to help me out. Needless to say, I not only won’t be visiting this dealership ever again, I won’t be buying from an Autonation, nor will I be buying or leasing a Honda due to this horrific lack of customer service. I would not even send my worst enemy here. I will keep my business with Lexus and Toyota where they know how to treat people. More
Very poor reception followed by a sloppy service; I took my car for service. After an extremely long wait the Service department was recommending a couple of items which I declined. Later the was "washed" and returned to me with a service bill of over $200.00. This was paid. I left the center. Two days after I discovered that the car was leaking oil. Needless I was very disturbed. I quickly had a Mechanic close by my home inspected the car only to find that the "cap" for the engine oil was NOT CLOSED PROPERLY and hence the oil was escaping. Additionally the Hydraulic fluid was very low and should have been corrected during the servicing. I was particularly dissatisfied with the service as I have had fairly positive experiences in the past and having purchase the Honda from this very dealership. Service reps invariable always ask if my experience was positive as it was then their desire to ensure that ALL their customers were completely satisfied with the level of service rendered. Evidently this no longer apply and this is one client who would "Never recommend this dealership nor would I ever return to them for a service appointment."! Its interesting that I tried to convey my disappointment by a text message as well as asking for their usual evaluation form but I am yet to hear from them. Not that it matters anymore but for a company that gave so much focus in the past to quality service its an absolute failure. Such a pity that the original owner is deceased as I am of the view that there has a major breakdown in operations since his passing. More
Complete garbage customer service and overcharged I brought my 9 month old Civic in for a routin Oil change. Had an appointment set up for 8AM. I asked the women Damaris aproxamatly how long it would I brought my 9 month old Civic in for a routin Oil change. Had an appointment set up for 8AM. I asked the women Damaris aproxamatly how long it would be she said about 1 hours so I’d mentioned I would leave and come back. When I told her this she said how since I was leaving they would do a complimentary car wash. I figured an hour plus the carewash give for or take 1 and a half to 2 hours everything should have been completed. When I got back an hour later I looked through the window inside the facility to notice my car just being operated on for the first time. Which means that even though I was the first appointment the company offerd my car was neglected for an hour probably because I told the women I would be leaving. About 15 minuets upon returning I got a call that the mechanic had a few recommendations. Even though my car was less then a year old it required 2 new filters and an alignment. The went 1 step further and charged me the above markup price for the filters, to be precise it was $54 for the cabin filter and $46 for the engine filter. My car is less then a year old they should not even have asked for the latter 3 to be included with a basic inspection and oil change. All in all it took 2 hours a 40 minuets altogether and I never got that free car wash. What a joke, will never recommend to anyone More

We had a situation where we received a defective tire when we took our car in for routine oil change/ tire rotation . They gave us a older defective tire ( on a 2017 Honda Accord ). Unfortunately we never inspected the tires while at the dealer , thinking they would honestly do their job . 3 months later .As it turned out the tire had a slight leak, causing the tire pressure indicator to go on . After , we drove to the tire shop and was told the tire was. It good . How can this be , when the car is one Year old with normal driving habits ? The tire was never flat to the point where anything was rubbing, yet the tire manufacturer information erased completely. They accidentally, I assumed gave us a wrong used tire . We went to the dealer to complain, but it fell on deaf ears. They told us the tire was flat , which was not the truth . We had to purchase new tires . Again. Watch everything they do to your vehicle. P.s about 6months after purchasing my 2017 Honda Accord my battery died after they inspected my car and told me the battery was good. They did replace the battery, I guess they couldn't reason out of that! More

they swapped my auto part when i went for an auto diagnosis My car was having some issues so i took it to the service department. Now prior to this i was working on the distributor and i took pictures of it als My car was having some issues so i took it to the service department. Now prior to this i was working on the distributor and i took pictures of it also i knew what condition it was in. After i had dropped it off y later i picked it up i realized that they had swapped the part for another broken one and suggested that i had to buy another one for $500. I can easily recognize ot was my vehicles part because of the multiple pictures i had taken. Then all the employees and managers acted like they didnt know what to do or how to handle the issue. If necessary DO NOT visit these auto nation honda or they might perform fraudulent activities on your vehicle. This happened 02-20-2015 More
My name is Jose Cintron,MBA. I went to Maroone Honda of Hollywood recommended by all state insurance. They give me a quote for other repair (bumper cover) and they call enterprise for me. They did a great Hollywood recommended by all state insurance. They give me a quote for other repair (bumper cover) and they call enterprise for me. They did a great job on my car and even my repair was more $ than expected Bill the manager keep his word and I was not charge extra. All state pay for all car rental and enterprise wave the damage insurance. I am so happy and I had a great experience in this situation. Thank Bill the manager; he is a great business man, excellent customer service man and an asset to Maroone. My rating is 5 (great) More
