I took my car for minder B service last Thursday, which I was told by Mr. Carlos Castro was just an oil change and my car would also be inspected. I had to call roadside service for a jump which I ended up buying a new battery because my battery was bad. The mechanic clearly didn't inspected the car. More

Well, I was asked if I had an appointment and I said no that I was told Mark would take me at noon. Mark was not there when I arrived but they did manage to get my car serviced in a timely manner. It would have been nice to have been notified that my serviceman had to leave before I headed to the dealership so that I could reschedule. More

I've been a Honda owner for over 16 years and the customer service at the service center is poor and borderline criminal. Service representative, Jean Cillen, is unprofessional, untruthful, lacks pro customer service at the service center is poor and borderline criminal. Service representative, Jean Cillen, is unprofessional, untruthful, lacks professionalism and is a poor representation for Honda's standards of quality. Jean lied to me on more than one occasion and told me he would order parts for my vehicle. He would always say he would call me back later in the week so we could schedule the repair but failed to do so on two subsequent occasions. On the second time I called and asked to be changed to a different service representative but I was forwarded again to Jean. He instructed me to bring my car in "first thing" Saturday morning. I brought my car at 8am as he instructed. At 10:00a my car was still in the parking lot untouched--Jean wanted me to come first thing so I could wait for 2 hours on a 3rd trip to the dealership for a simple warranty repair. This dealership will sell you a very good warranty and then hire people like Jean to prevent you from getting timely warranty repairs in what appears to be a scam. I have reported this to the Honda corporate offices. Enter this service department at your own risk. More
**PLEASE READ - THIS WILL SAVE YOU LOTS OF MONEY AND AGGRIVATION** THIS DEALERSHIP PROVIDED ME THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. THEY LIE AND PREY OFF DESPERATE COSTOMERS.. MY STORY... I AGGRIVATION** THIS DEALERSHIP PROVIDED ME THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. THEY LIE AND PREY OFF DESPERATE COSTOMERS.. MY STORY... I travelled from NY to FL with my brand new 2019 Honda Civic. My car failed on the highway due to a bad clutch.. I took my car to this dealership and dealt with Jean (Assistant Service Manager). WITHOUT opening my car he made the decision that the Clutch, Flywheel, Fork, Barings, Clutch Plate, Slave/Master Cylinders were all damaged due to misuse (not covered under warranty). I have pic of my odometer before and after this conversation confirming my car was not moved an inch in the parking lot, Also my dash cam recorded all events and conversations (to be followed). Jean knew I was in a desperate situation and took complete advantage of me. I questioned the flywheel at this point, Jean told me "oh it's completely damaged and leaking all over" This was without him even seeing the flywheel as he confirmed the next day to me they did not open the car. After speaking with the Honda dealership, they told me to have Jean resurface the flywheel, again, he told me that's not possible because it was too bad (AGAIN WITHOUT EVEN SEEING MY CURRENT FLYWHEEL, CAR STILL WAS NOT MOVED AN INCH). Being desperate, I agreed to to the work quoted at $3,200 and had to BEG daily for them to look at my car. Over a week later on June 1st, I went to the dealership and met the mechanic who was working on my car (Great Guy). He told me my it was not necessary for me to pay $1,500 for a new flywheel as mine could've gotten resurfaced for $100 (something I clearly asked Jean and he said not possible and refused). He was pressured by the dealership to replace the entire flywheel so that they can make money robbing the customers. He also mentioned that there were several parts I don't need, most expensive of them being the slave cylinder, fork etc. Even after all the robbing by this dealership, I was expecting my bill to be the original $3,200 minus the slave cylinder ($500 quote) + the other parts they did not need. During my telephone conversation and my often visit to the dealership Jean confirmed this will be the case only to find out when I went to pick up my car that despite all the parts not used, my bill still stand at the original quoted $3,200. How else can you justify this but blatant robbery and taking advantage of customers. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years buying only new Honda's and took deliver of over 100 brand new Hondas (ask Huntington Honda) over the past few years as I take my family and friends. This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will walk away from this brand and encourage my friends and family to do the same. This is no way to treat customers when companies like Toyota and even down to Kia and Hyundai are doing so much more at so must less cost to the consumers. I hope Honda step in here and do the right thing and if they don't they've lost a lifelong Honda person who promoted their brand for free over 25 years.. Let's see how loyal Honda is to their customers.. Update and more to follow... trust me lots more More
A rip off and not concerned about safety of customer About 2 weeks ago I had an appointment to replace my Battery Management Sensor on 2015 Homda accord as it is a recall. As soon as I got there and my service rep looked under he hood he noticed that my wires to the connector were all broken and immediately asked me in a forceful tone - HOW DID THE WIRES GET BROKEN- WE DID NOT BREAK THEM AND YOU HAVE VOIDED YOUR RECALL WARRANTY....I immediately asked for a different service advisor becuase it's 7:00 in the morning and I was not in the mood for that aggressive attitude. Long story short I had no A/C nor windshield wipers working due to my broken wires. The new service advisor agreed to take the car back so a mechanic could look at it. I felt that a least the recall part should be replaced even they are unable to repair the broken wires. About 1-hour later I get a call at work from the service advisor and the first question asked was if I had a warranty on the vehicle. I explained to him that I did so he wanted to start up a claim as he states I would need the complete engine harness replaced. The car was inspected and as I figured the warranty company denied the claim stating I don't have a mechanical breakdown I have broken wires. Well AUTO NATIONS HONDA HOLLYWOOD quoted me a price of $2600.00 to replace the entire engine harness as they state they cannot and will not fix he broken wires on the connector. They even tried to get me to sign up for financing of the repairs. Also they denied replacing the part that was actually on recall......I took my vehicle to HOLMAN HONDA who was kind enough to replace the BMS that was on recall due to a safety issue. I commend them for that, They were not able to do anything with the broken wires also but they did honor the recall. I did not give up as i located a company in Chicago, ILL that sells the connectors with 8 inches of wire. I ordered the connector and my mechanic soldered it to my broken wires and now my AC is working again and my winshield wipers are working. TOTAL PAID FOR PART AND LABOR $160.00- HONDA WANTED $2600.00----- i hope you consumers understand my message -[ never give up and search around and I am deeply disturbed with Auto Nations Honda as they are only after money and not one time was my safety a concern, Will never go there again...Will get all my service from Holman hOMDA. More

Yes, it is true they gave me a vehicle while mine was repaired ... but that was not a favor is my right ... I finally decided today after three weeks to come personally to ask about my vehicle. surprise! ready! and nobody informed me! Was I supposed to guess?My point is the lack of customer service and professionalism of this lady. I definitely do NOT recommend Auto Nation hollywood and personally I WON’T return More
