Very friendly service and even get a complimentary car wash inside and out. When service is done you get a detailed account and receipt of what was done. Rocky is a great service advisor. Waited just about two hours before I went to the service desk to ask about the diagnostic on my AC. Was told rudely that the Gm called a meeting and there was nothing she could do about it I would just have to wait. I said I wanted to speak to someone and was told in a nasty tone that I told you there is nothing I can do you will just have to wait. I am disappointed that a plan was not in place to while this meeting was held to follow up with customers. After two hours I found out there was no problem they could find and they recharged the AC with a dye. Jean Cilien Was friendly and polite however an apology for the wait would have been fine. A customer service refresher needs to be reviewed with your service desk! More
