Unfortunately, I gave this dealer high reviews at the time of my car purchase. It was a very bad experience. A family member of mine made a deal with this gentlemen with regard to my car. I purchased a 2013 Honda accord ( which I'm having computer glitches with) that should've included navigation and home accessory (access for a garage). The deal also included a lower price than what I purchased it for and the monthly payments were supposed to be lower that what I'm paying for at this time. This deal was via phone and all I had to do was show up at the dealership, work out the numbers, and sign. He gave me a " rate the dealer" form before the entire deal was through. After working out the numbers, I really didn't get a deal, I paid msrp. But that wasn't what I was furious about. Somehow, my monthly bill was exceeding the amount that we TOLD roderick it needed to be at. By that time, I was already at the dealership, signed some documents, and basically I was already a Honda owner. It was the BIGGEST waste of my time (thanks Roderick) I should've gone to another dealership but I was already there for hours and I was over it. I drive out of there exhausted. As I drove in my parkway, I had realized, I was given a 2013 Honda WITHOUT navigation and ( home accessory) garage access. I called him and he said " the monthly payments will increase." Was he kidding? I ended up keeping the car bc I refuse to deal with him or anything he's affiliated with. Bottom line: he's a shark like the majority of the salespeople and our deal was not the same deal we had via phone. I would've never agreed to the deal I have now if this was what he proposed in the first place. More

I called ahead and told the person who answered exactly how much I had to offer and what vehicle I was interested in he said it would be no problem. When I went to the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted. My salesman, Dominick was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about the Honda accord and what makes it tick. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase-He did not breath down my back- I was able to walk around the lot without being made to feel as if I had someone tagging behind me. When I found the car I wanted Dominick answered all my questions to my satisfaction AND he got me a deal that I can't complain about. I like the customer service so much that I just purchased my second Honda Accord from Dominick ( I wouldn't work with anyone else!). When I take my car for routine service-"Rocky" takes very good care of me and my car, he NEVER tries to get me to purchase additional service ( unlike other service departments I have dealt with in the past). If I'm going on a trip he listens and makes sure that my car is in tip top shape and ready to hit the road. Hats off to Dominick and Rocky at AutoNation (formerly Maroone Honda) Hollywood! More

Good pricing, fair deal. I have been shopping around for a new Honda Ridgeline for four months and could not get a good local deal. Hollywood Honda quote me a good internet price right off the bat , and m a new Honda Ridgeline for four months and could not get a good local deal. Hollywood Honda quote me a good internet price right off the bat , and matched my best deal from a another dealer 50 miles away.'(something Sick Ace in Davie refused to do unless you came in for and hard sell and 6 hour game of auto dealer chess, no thanks ) I Dealt with David a very kind and professional sales person, no bull "censored by web site" just straight numbers laid out so you knew what you are paying for the car. Total time at dealership took 2 hours to complete the deal a get me out the door( half an hour of that was waiting for the car to be washed a prep since they had only one person that day. Very happy 2nd time we have bought from Hollywood Honda. More

From the moment we walked into the dealership, everyone was very nice, and professional. Juan Carlos showed us the Honda Civic and took us for a test drive. Sales guy buy the name of Richard Fede called me and told me the deal fell through and asked if I wanted to buy the car,I told Richard yes and we were on the way, Richard told me he would not be there as he was leaving at 6:00 and you can only purchase this car by appointment with him, I asked him if we could deal with someone else because we want this car he said it is by appointment only and will not be sold to anyone else. Richard tried to tell us this car was not that good, and smelled of smoke etc, regardless We set an appointment for 12:00 the next afternoon. The following morning he called and left a message to inform us this car was sold and we should not come in. I called him and asked how did this happen you lied to us he had no explanation, and tried to offer us another car. I asked to speak to the owner he said the GM is named Hector and he doesn't know his last name as he is new (more lies). Called the manager no answer and I am currently awaiting his response. This is unprofessional, unethical, and borderline fraud. We have purchased our last 2 cars at autonation / Maroone and we want this situation made right. I thought they were supposed to be different then all the other used car sales centers, with there low one price, no haggle, no hassle, they are all full of crap. More
