The original young lady who helped me came across as short and disappeared on me. She did not confirm the work that was required only until after it was done - my tires were rotated without my consent; short and disappeared on me. Excellent customer service. I have to admit that Tameka Long has the best customer service that I have received from an Auto Nation manager. Unprofessional Dealership. I purchased my car there and eventually an extended warranty plan which they will provide me no information on. I'm having to go on a wild goose chase to find out what maintenanc eventually an extended warranty plan which they will provide me no information on. I'm having to go on a wild goose chase to find out what maintenance is covered under the $2,118 plan I somehow purchased. Temika is supposedly the Service Center Manager but I don't feel that she is managing anything. Nobody answers the phone at this dealership and if they do, you are transferred around for an hour then hung up on. NEVER dealing with them again. More
