It offers good mechanic service but with poor customers service. For the recent two times visits, I spent almost a hour to wait for the advisor, then wait passed 4pm for advisor's pick-up call, but never service. I’ve been to multiple dealerships and he has been the first to do such a thing. A few days before seeing him, a different service advisor seemed to just rush me out the door and only gave me a number and email to contact about my paint protection then told me to come back again to have someone help me file the claim for my chipping paint. Dan went the extra mile and helped me file the claim. Wonderful advisor and goes above and beyond for the people he’s helping. Straightforward and to the point as well. More
