I went there for oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted for 110 over the phone. But at the service kiosk, the rep asked for 180 instead. I protested and she backed down and said she was willing to quoted for 110 over the phone. But at the service kiosk, the rep asked for 180 instead. I protested and she backed down and said she was willing to give me a special discount. Other than that, everything else was ok. It took two and half hours to finish and they provided a free inspection such as brakes and oil levels. My takeaway is that you need to check the price before you go there. More
