Feb 26, 2022: Waited for 2 hours for an oil change to know the vehicle was not taken up for service at all. had to take it up at another bay area honda and got it serviced promptly. Advisor bloated th know the vehicle was not taken up for service at all. had to take it up at another bay area honda and got it serviced promptly. Advisor bloated the invoice for $400 with added items that was not necessary. even with synthetic oil change, oil filter change and multipoint inspection, i was quoted $143 - way too above the estimates of $75-$90 in other bay area honda dealer service centers. would not recommend this place to anyone More
The staff is great! But there is something wrong with my car and they weren’t able to find the problem. Since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and no diagnostic lights came on, I have to wait for the problem to happen again. Very scary knowing something g bad is going to happen… More
