I had a car issue while driving for a vacation. My dash lit up saying get off the road asap. All the electronics appeared to be problematic including anti-lock brakes, etc. I was terrified. But I googled and found a Honda dealer in Fremont CA. It was an afternoon, and was afraid I would be stuck there with a car packed with my bike, suitcases, etc. Thankfully, the dealer could see me and investigate the issue. I am sure I drove the Service Advisor, Nathan Duong, crazy with my high anxiety level, but he was very understanding. After several hours, the problem was assessed as problems with the wire harnesses. Very disturbing since the car is a 2019 CRV. But the problem was fixed and I talked with the mechanic directly to understand the issue.. So greatfull that the dealer was able to get me back on the road. More
