I am a loyal customer of Fremont Honda dealership, bought 2 new cars from it and always come for service there. Usually I rely on good advice from customer service representatives, professional service and 2 new cars from it and always come for service there. Usually I rely on good advice from customer service representatives, professional service and OEM parts. This time I needed a windshield replacement for my Honda Accord. It took them 3+ weeks to get the part, once they received it the replacement went fast. The price of windshield replacement is very high over there and insurance cover only part of it. Using 3rd party glass require a recalibration from Honda for additional money and Honda service advisors don't recommend that More

It'll be also nice to call us when the oil change is completed instead of I called to ask. Since I saw lots of car on the scheduled time, I didn't know when our car will be ready for pickup. 3. We forgot we have a discount receied through email when we made the payment. Then I was told that I could forward the discount to the representative and he would send it to thr headquarter to reimburse us. I sent once and followed up twice with email, but haven't heard from anyone yet. More
