Made an appointment online. Service advisor Andy talked me through what services my car needed. Was in and out pretty quickly and my car was ready in a few hours. I made an appointment to have 2 new keys made for my Honda Accord. All the people I talked to were very nice. However, it took over 30 minutes just to get checked in. It then took almost 2 hours to get Honda Accord. All the people I talked to were very nice. However, it took over 30 minutes just to get checked in. It then took almost 2 hours to get two keys made. Even allowing for the programming that was needed this seems way too long. I had to pay $480 for two keys! Management and the owners of Auto Nation Honda should be able to streamline the process and make replacement keys without leaving the customer feeling ripped off! More
