This one star review is specifically about my interaction with Service Advisor Andy Mui on Friday, 9/23/2022 for my 7AM oil change appointment. Andy attempted to charge me an outrageously inflated fee ($116 with Service Advisor Andy Mui on Friday, 9/23/2022 for my 7AM oil change appointment. Andy attempted to charge me an outrageously inflated fee ($116.00) for a regular oil change. When I questioned him about the high cost, he responded by asking me if I wanted to take my car somewhere else. I have been taking my car to Autowest Honda for oil changes since 2003 and this insolent response was unacceptable. After I asked Andy to display my previous oil change invoice for $65.00 to justify the sudden increase in cost, he agreed to lower the cost of my oil change from $116.00 to $64.00. In addition to attempting to charge me an inflated price, Andy deliberately did not inform me when my car was ready and I had to go to the lot to see if my car was still in the service bay. I have had positive interactions with other Service Advisors during previous service visits to Autowest Honda but Andy's attitude towards me was inexplicably dismissive and rude; I will be asking for another Service Advisor during subsequent visits. Please relay my concerns about Mr. Mui's disagreeable behavior on 9/23/2022 to senior management at Autowest Honda. More
