Bought My Pilot May 21st ( Sunday ) Kent Branner was The Sales Gentlement that initiated the sales Talk. He is Very professional and straight forward. HeTalked to the sales manager and continue negotiations. Taking me awhile to decide so he pass me another sales associate named Sami... Sami is cool. After finalizing the deal, before i drive it off, I noticed a MISALIGNMENT on the vehicles left front bumber. Notified Kent and a Sales manager and made them take a picture. They said it should be an easy quick fix! just bring it to service. Kind of frustrated to see a brand new PILOT like that with a misaligned defect bumper. So I took it home first and and i did not use it until i made an appointment for friday MAY 26. Only day that i can be approved from work and force to take a day off. Also, the only time i used the car is to travel from home to the dealer. Commute about 32 miles total. On the day of my appointment, I was there real early, first customer to the service department. Met with the Service Associate, Christopher Amaya. Nice Dude! Took my car and I started the waiting part. 3 hours later, He finally Explained everything, then later find out that it wont get done until the next day. Bummer! Ended up provided me a Rental car from HERTZ because they do not have a Loner. Im so Bumbed out and Frustarated. Christopher Amaya, in the other hand, is very attentive and kept me in touch on what is happening. Told me that they need to order a part and that the car was sent to their trusted body shop. Once they receive the part, The service department was able to fixed it the next day. So I came back today (Saturday) May 27 and picked up My Vehicle. Im satistied at the outcome! Giving Credit to CHRISTOPHER AMAYA for the constant communication and customer service. I will be contacting him for my scheduled maintenance! Also, I like to recognize Mr ANDREW, i believe he is their Service Supervisor and or Manager, for explaining everything. I shared my side that i was kind of fustrated with the whole issue. He definitely understand me. Mr Andrew Actually Help me out and and Gave me a courtesy after the service was completed. Thank you! OVERALL, at the end of the day, I Like to Recognize Cristopher Amaya for his efforts, good communication and follow ups. And Mr Andrew for Showing courtesy and Customer Service. See you in the next Scheduled Maintenace appointment! More

Great customer service. The service advisor assigned "Serpoosh Kambiz" provided me an insight on how to take care of my car, by providing recommendations.
