Brought my van in for service to replace a part. Part was not in stock so had to wait an extra day which is fine. I told the service advisor (forgot his name) I needed a car wash and he said ok. Overall I was kept in the loop during the whole process. However, dealership prices are normally higher than other shops. I wish I brought my coupons with me. More
