My recent experience with AutoNation Honda Fremont was miserable. I dropped my car very early in the morning to repair wipers and a visor. Until afternoon I didn't get any update from my service adviser s miserable. I dropped my car very early in the morning to repair wipers and a visor. Until afternoon I didn't get any update from my service adviser so I called only to realize that they hadn't even started working on my car. Even tho I had asked in the morning about the service time, I asked again in the call if my car would be done today. And I got the same reply that it would be done today by 6pm. Till 6pm I didn't get any call so I called again only to realize that the store is closed for today. I was fine with keeping the car for more than a day. I would've planned it accordingly or asked for a loaner. Instead my adviser decided to keep me in the dark. More
