Giovanni was exactly the kind of sales person I wanted to work with. He could tell I was a serious buyer who knew what I wanted; I’d done my homework. I had called 8 dealerships in all and was working with 3 other sales people actively, but Giovanni’s no xx + good deal is why I bought from him. He made the process stress-free and smooth, which allowed me to enjoy it. Feb in Finance was also fantastic - straightforward, clear communication, patient, and again, nice with no xx. Max the manager was also helpful and clearly attentive to his team and floor. I felt heard and respected by all three of these team members and that is huge.
