The process took too long, finance manger kept me hour long trying to convince me to buy additional warranties and other products, told me I'm the only person not to buy other stuff, like its something wrong with my decision, This was not smooth sale, process was draining, buying a new car should be enjoyable, not a good transaction. I called up the dealership and they were more than willing to help with the issue and even accommodated m two months down the road, the battery died. I had an appointment at 10 am. I waited there for almost 5 hrs to get served. I went there for filter change and I been told that we do not have engine air filter in stock also the I waited there for almost 5 hrs to get served.
