The sales manager at this deal is rude and does not care about its customers. Finance does hard sell like you are buying a timeshare. AutoWest Honda of Fremont sold us a used car from their inventory one year ago. We complained to Autowest Honda knowing we had purchased the car “as is.” To our surprise, their new GM took care of us beyond what we had hoped for. How many dealerships would take full responsibility for their used cars, “which by virtue carry its own risk?” It is nice to know that there are still honest businesses out there that care about people and not just about making money. We trust AutoWest Honda to fully take care of its customers. More

Go to the service dept. as scheduled, and the service adviser tells me they don't have the part. WHAT? I was furious, the SA without apology says they can do the recall in a few days, but never called me to schedule of follow up. When I asked to speak to a manger, they were "busy" I just had the recall performed at South Bay Honda, and let me tell you what a difference. More
Went to this Honda dealership to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord Coupe the people there are not friendly at all especially the management. We wanted just to buy a new car that we wanted and they just blew us off by saying you should just look into a different car, because we are not making profit by selling the car for that amount. And it was not a dramatic price drop just only a few hundred. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STOP BY TO BUY OR SEARCH OF A NEW CAR GIVING US WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER HONDA DEALERSHIPS SAYING WE ARE THE ONLY DEALERSHIP THAT HAS A 2012 HONDA ACCORD COUPE. Came here for oil change, but got lecture promotion about the package service and blah blah... which obviously I don't need it until I see the result. After car is done with oil change, my car supposed to g the package service and blah blah... which obviously I don't need it until I see the result. After car is done with oil change, my car supposed to get free car wash, but instead of a clean car wash, it got a greasy car wash, all of my windows were greasy and I have no idea what kind of things they used to clean up my windows. My car was clean before and it became dirty now... SIGH... will not come back... :( More

The guys talk with a rude tone and a attitude fitting a king. It felt to me and my wife as if he was doing a favor by selling or something. In fact the price he quoted was ridiculous - I bought my Accord EX-L Navi from ANOTHER dealer on the same night at 500$ lesser price. When I asked why he says he will have to fetch 2 keys to remove the car in front of the car I intend to test drive. My God - there has to be some respect for others time. These guys are useless salesman. Don't waste your time on these. More
