There are great people that work here, however one person, Tyler, service center supervisor, really put a downer on the good vibes today. Not only did he lie to me about being able to patch my tire, person, Tyler, service center supervisor, really put a downer on the good vibes today. Not only did he lie to me about being able to patch my tire, but we saw him vaping in the back area too. It was very unprofessional of him. Needs more professionalism and customer service training!
