Any auto dealership can seem great when you have a trade in they stand to make good money from it, so they're more likely to offer what looks like a good deal. As a customer, I believed I was getting the best deal. I underestimated myself. I traded in my 2022 Honda Pilot Special Edition with only 12,000 miles on it, and the payoff amount was low. Without any hassle, they handed me a basic Honda CR-V Hybrid. In my mind, I thought I scored a great deal, but that wasn’t the reality. I realized the truth when I tried to get another vehicle for my son. The same salesperson who once treated me so well completely ignored me. They weren’t even willing to match a simple advertised price. I left feeling disappointed and misled. More
