I feel like I was treated fairly and got a good deal on my car. the salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was annoyed however, that the pre-sale inspection failed to find two nails, one in my car. the salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The auto center is scheduling beyond what they can handle with the number of mechanics on site and the amount of parts in stock. The service rep was polite despite dealing with rightfully frustrated customers. The service center should focus more on customer satisfaction and a good experience rather than overbooking to get folks trough. This short term strategy may result in loyal customers finding another service center. More
