My last service experience was not good. I waited almost 3.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation and they didn't even do the state inspection I had requested even though it was a week into the month. I enjoy the fast friendly service of Adam the service rep. The cleanliness of the service department and how friendly the driver was driving me from and back to the service Dept. Overall I think Autonation Honda Dulles is a highly professional dealership. They give their customers as much personal attention as they can even though they are usually extremely busy. I have purchased my last two cars there and have all my Honda service done there. The only downside is, of course, the cost of repairs should they be required, but this is the same issue one would have with any brand dealership. Thankfully, Hondas require far fewer repairs than many other brands. But it is always a trade off between possibly cheaper repairs in some other repair shop (but not always) using non-brand parts, or paying the price to have expert Honda technicians and Honda parts. I choose the latter for most repairs. More

Our most recent experience was a little frustrating. We were told over the phone that the issue we were experiencing would be covered under warranty so we made the appt. At drop-off, the advisor stated th were told over the phone that the issue we were experiencing would be covered under warranty so we made the appt. At drop-off, the advisor stated that the vehicle was out of warranty and that we would have to pay diagnosis fees and had a fairly cavalier attitude. He really wasn't interested in explaining why we were told differently. We asked to speak to a supervisor and Adam stepped in. Things went much smoother from that point and Adam did a great job in helping us through the situation and getting the vehicle repaired and back to us quickly. More
