Everything about the service I received was great except for being told that the time needed for repair would be 5 to 5.5 hours and it took over 7 hours. The only way I found out that my car was ready was for being told that the time needed for repair would be 5 to 5.5 hours and it took over 7 hours. The only way I found out that my car was ready was by calling the service department at 4:15 pm after I brought it into the dealership at 8:00 am.
