May 1, I called American Honda and related my experiences with this dealership. Filled them in with the history I have had even going back to when they were Leesburg Honda. I got a call on Friday May 3 from Kurt Kessler, General Manager of Honda of Dulles. He asked what happened and I told him that I had been there 5 times and never spoken to by anyone from his sales department. He said that he had previously told his sales staff to let customers have some time to look around before approaching them. I explained that I had been there 5 times and even went looking for a sales representative so I could test drive a car but none would speak to me. He then accused me of trashing his dealership with my review on this site. I told him that his staff did that and all I did was report what happened. He apologized for the lousy service and asked what he could do to make it right and I told him that there was nothing he could do for me at this time as the damage is done and I wouldn't be purchasing a car from his dealership. I am posting this so the public can know that the GM did call me after I filed a complaint with American Honda. I am confident that there are customers that have purchased vehicles from this dealership that are very happy. I suppose they are the fortunate ones. I am going on record to state that I am at the other extreme of the spectrum, with bad experiences with the service department, and now the sales department. Caviet Emptor
