The finance/paperwork department is an absolute joke. I'm still waiting for tags after a month. They were asking me for the same paperwork 3 or 4 times even though I brought hard copies of everything and I'm still waiting for tags after a month. They were asking me for the same paperwork 3 or 4 times even though I brought hard copies of everything and emailed those copies to the sales person. I had to teach them how to look up if a business is still active in a state. They overcharged me on taxes and then keep ignoring me when I ask about it. If you're buying from out of state, find another dealership that has their stuff together. More
