The service I received was great! The staff was so upbeat and polite, and the waiting room was so neat and inviting. The service department is the worst I have ever encountered. No one calls you back or takes your call. They put brakes in that failed. They covered the cost of the fix. They use a call center that encountered. No one calls you back or takes your call. They put brakes in that failed. They covered the cost of the fix. They use a call center that is not on site. So they couldn't tell me if my car actually arrived via tow, where my car was, what the problem was, when it would be fixed. They called me to tell me my car was ready. I dont trust that the work was done correctly. I would not recommend this shop at all. They need to make changes in the way they treat customers and actually provide service in their service department. More
