The service I received was great! The staff was so upbeat and polite, and the waiting room was so neat and inviting. I was provided all of the information that I needed about my vehicle and my service personnel went through the details of what was completed. The service department is the worst I have ever encountered. No one calls you back or takes your call. They put brakes in that failed. They covered the cost of the fix. They use a call center that encountered. No one calls you back or takes your call. They put brakes in that failed. They covered the cost of the fix. They use a call center that is not on site. So they couldn't tell me if my car actually arrived via tow, where my car was, what the problem was, when it would be fixed. They called me to tell me my car was ready. I dont trust that the work was done correctly. I would not recommend this shop at all. They need to make changes in the way they treat customers and actually provide service in their service department. More
I left the service department feeling disgusting and disgusted. It’s be nice if we could trust the attendants at the dealership to be honest, but we seemingly cannot. Came into service dept. for an oil change and an object in a tire. I was given a time for car to be ready. Later I was told the tire would need to be replaced but there wa for an oil change and an object in a tire. I was given a time for car to be ready. Later I was told the tire would need to be replaced but there was one in stock so they could take care of it. About 20 minutes before the finished time I had been given I was told my car was ready. I drove out with my oil change and a new tire. No complaints about that. More
