Worst service experience I've ever had. Brought my car in for pre-paid maintenance* and to check an electrical issue. I was told within 2 hours that my car was badly water damaged from a clogged drain and wo for pre-paid maintenance* and to check an electrical issue. I was told within 2 hours that my car was badly water damaged from a clogged drain and would required $2250 in labor just to begin assessing the problem. I was advised to open an insurance claim for environmental damage. That was the last time anyone at the shop contacted me. I opened the claim and the service center then spent the next two weeks without contacting me or responding to my insurance agent's requests for information (damage photos, estimate for repair), so I was unable to get a rental car approved by my insurance company. When I could reach him, the service advisor constantly promised action but did not follow through. Throughout this time, my vehicle was left outdoors on their lot without the drain issue corrected, so it was taking on water during multiple spring storms. After two weeks and unreturned calls to both the service manager and general manager, I informed the shop I'd be picking up my car, and they had still not completed the oil change, etc. I brought it in for in the first place (and which had been promised to be completed "in the next 30 minutes" a week before). I brought my car to another dealership, where the drains were opened for one hour of labor ($135) and I was given guidance to dry out the vehicle without additional cost. It was ready in two hours. And yes, I made the dealership aware of these issues when they contacted me about my service experience, and no one reached out with so much as an apology, let alone actual compensation for my time or inconvenience. *I tried to cancel the prepaid maintenance plan, but discovered it was not the official Honda Care but rather an Autonation product that could only be canceled if I brought the vehicle back in for a mileage check, which will be difficult since I never plan to set foot in there again. Instead I'm going to have another dealership buy out my lease and be done with this group forever. More
Their service center sucks. Do not take your car there because they will overcharge you and add random $51 "miscellaneous" charges. The service rep. did not go over the multi-point inspection sheet with me EVEN THOUGH it there were 3 areas on the checklist that were red and "required immediate attention" and would cost $500 to fix. I did not think there was anything wrong with the areas and when I took it into a different dealership that I have used for years with no trouble a few weeks later for an oil change, they did a multi-point inspection and did not mark any of those areas off, so it was all a scam to get me to spend more money. This place is clearly in over its head. I made an appointment for a simple oil change and showed up, 4.5 hours later I finally got my car back. My daughter's car towed in to the Auto Nation on Covington Pike. The advisor that goes by the name of Josh was very rude and very short. I would like another advisor in the future because he's not people friendly because I don't want to use the race card because of what's going on now but you need better training and diversity training on how to deal all types of people. I brought two 2019 Honda Civics, one for myself and my daughter. If you want repeat customers, the service department needs to change.And by the way, the advisors name was Josh. More

Light replacement $700+. Really??? I went in today for replacement of the LED light strip that runs under the left headlight of my 2014 Honda Accord. Seemed like a simple service order to me, so imagine my surprise when the service rep came back to me 10 minutes later to tell me that the cost would be $700+. I was so shocked that I can't remember the exact figure, but it was just this side of $800!!! I responded with "You've got to be kidding" and drove out with him telling me he was sorry it couldn't be better news! Really??? More

will not fix warrentied car recently purchased an autonation certified odyssey on a friday got 20 miles down the road and tcs and engine light both came on turned around took the recently purchased an autonation certified odyssey on a friday got 20 miles down the road and tcs and engine light both came on turned around took the car back they checked the computer and told us it was just spark plugs and coil pack they also stated this was not a covered item they supposedly cleaned the plugs and swapped the coil packs as we were off again the lights came back on I called them again and was advised to get plugs. I replaced the plugs and as doing so noticed that the battery cables were removed the felt washer was still on the battery they just took the battery cable off and reset the car. I called the following Monday and was advised to bring it in I took the car back in and they advised me that it was a valve timing issue (cam shaft ) and it wasn't covered by the 60 day warranty they wanted $1,000.00 to fix a car I believe they knew was bad when I drove off the lot I basically had to agree to pay for it part of it because they told me it had to be repaired because it would mess the engine up and they would not be responsible for any repairs.
