Amazing Service!! Terrible. Salesman Kyle didn’t help me one bit. The finance manager was efficient and professional. If only he had his own dealership! I’ve barely had the car 3 months and already got terrible issues i finance manager was efficient and professional. If only he had his own dealership! I’ve barely had the car 3 months and already got terrible issues in which the 90 day warranty stayed he doesn’t cover. I wasn’t surprised because I know how this works. Especially with me being a woman.check engine light came on the second day after I took it home. Autonation states they couldn’t fix it because their tools were stolen and they only specialize in Honda’s. Was told I had to take to Porsche, Volkswagen ,Gossett dealership where they handed me my xxx on a platter with the price to fix it. Oh, did I say the air conditioning went out on the 10th day of having it and that when I had Honda on Covington pike to check it and the engine light, they said I needed 1 spark plug changed but all needed to be changed but guess what they only put one in and that didn’t help when they all needed to be changed. I got screwed royally and they didn’t even use Vaseline! So I’m stuck with a car note and a car that needs repairs but other than that, life is grand. More
