Upon arriving for the scheduled oil change, the employees in the service department were very helpful in telling me what to expect and how quickly it could be accomplished. My appointment was 1 p. m. I arrived on time. Went into office and was told I would need to see Pamela Littlefield, who was busy with another customer. In the past, one of m. I arrived on time. I waited for at least 10 minutes before being acknowledge by Pamela as I stood and finally found a chair. The service was fine but the initial encounter was unpleasant. The 2 employees, who had no customers could have found me a chair or suggested I go into the lounge area and they would come and get me when Pamela was available. If Honda is going to put cameras on cars work on lowering the price of recalibration of these cameras. More
