Terrell the Assistant Manager in Service was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and offered some advice on how to keep my Accord running smoothly. My services took a slightly longer than I anticipated, but I didn't have an appointment and my car had to be towed in, so I understand. Terrell gave a small discount (anything helps lol) and I really appreciated that. Great work guys!! More

I had no intention of completing the transaction then. Mr. Walter Crawford said I could do it all right then and there. He was kind and patient and explained step by step the process. Since it is a large purchase it was a lengthy process. Plan on 4 hr. Mr. Crawford kept me informed along the way. The nice thing about going thru the dealer is that they handle the transfer title and licensing and tax so you don’t have to stand in line in heat for hours at the County Clerk's office. There is a fee for this service but worth it to me. More
I don't recommend Autonation to anyone! Take a seat, this is a long one. I'm 3.5 hours away from here and found a 2016 Infiniti qx70s on their site that was exactly what I was looking for. After researching the company I see they are massive and seemed to have a great following. The sales assoc(Trey) that was messaging me back and forth seemed friendly. I asked for better pics and if they could rate the paint 1-10 since I was far and unable to just swing by to look at it. I was assured it was in great shape and nothing to worry about.. lol. Scheduled an apt to go down there at noon(showed up 1230) and I rent a 1 way vehicle to drive there to pick up my new car. I get there and see the car parked upfront and here's where it goes downhill.. Despite having an apt my sales person was MIA so I started looking at the car myself and it was for sure not depicted right. The car's paint was a 7/10 on a cloudy day at best. Tons of scratches, dings and dents. The vehicle had clearly been wrecked and the front bumper was a different shade black than the rest of the car, busted fog light glass, wheels all scratched BAD, and pieces were missing from the car. One of the roof rack lock covers was barely sitting on the car and would have fallen from the first bump. None of this was told to me or shown in photos. To make it worse I was told the car would be "cleaned" but I found traces of food everywhere inside that car.. most notably the food smashed on the the LED Infiniti logo as soon as you open door so I'm not sure how much cleaning was even done other than spraying Armor All on everything. The keyless fob was only working half of the time as well(just a battery issue but still not what I should have to deal with after purchasing a 25k car). The fob isn't a big deal but I mention it because I noticed it wasn't working properly upon my own inspection and instead of Trey bringing it to my attention that it likely needs a new battery, I was just told that my key sits in the fob hiding spot(the spot it goes when the battery doesn't work and you can't use the push start properly). Felt like I was buying from a cheap buy-here-pay-here-lot with how much had been covered up and passed off as okay along the way I was being treated. A good 5 minutes pass and I still haven't talked to Trey - my Assoc I was messaging - since he hasn't introduced himself to me yet despite me asking around for him. Once I find him I relay my concerns and ask for a car fax, where I'm told he will grab it and bring it to me. ANOTHER 10 mins go by with no one returning to me so I finally decide to go find the carfax myself. It was sitting on the counter with Trey standing right next to it... he was was standing there talking while I was waiting for my carfax. At this point I'm getting aggravated and while talking to Trey(the one I made an appointment with) about my vehicle he ditched me and started to work with another customer. SITTING AT THE TABLE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I waited for over an hour after that point before I was even talking to someone about my vehicle I just drove 3.5 hours to purchase. Another Assoc did come over and say they were going to send me new fog light glass, so there's that. I didn't get on the road until almost 4pm. Most of that time was me sitting around because my sales associate was helping others that showed up AFTER me. It doesn't stop there. On my drive home I informed Trey the instrument panel LCD screen is having some glitching issues making it very hard to read. It's only in certain parts of the screen and I sent numerous photos clearly showing it. At the same time I mentioned the roof rack was missing one of the covers and asked if he'd check with his guys to see if it was laying there since I was told the car was being cleaned before picking it up and thought it may have been knocked off as the other one was loose. Didn't hear anything back about that or about the instrument panel LCD so I had to ask again. I wrote out very detailed information regarding the screen issues and provided even more pictures(8 different ones to be exact) only for Trey to tell me many people drove my vehicle and didn't notice anything and attempted to persuade me that this is normal - basically I'm lying here. I'm an electrical engineer so I may know a thing or two about vehicles and electronics. They even had another identical qx70 on their website(plenty of pics) on the lot at the time of me texting and it was clearly NOT showing like that on theirs but yet Trey told me I should take it to a dealer to have them look into it and continued to act like it's my issue. I have to spend 3+ hours of my day driving to the closest Infiniti dealer just to be told there is obviously a screen issue because Trey won't admit there is an issue with mine. I won't be using any Autonation dealer nor will I allow anyone else I know to use them either but I will make sure this review gets posted everywhere. I will however note that the individual that dealt with the financing side(Elijah) was wonderful and very helpful. Had I started with him I don't think I would have ever felt like I was just being jerked around and this review would have likely gone much better. More
