After my previous car was totaled, I wanted to walk into the dealership, pay for a car, and drive out with it, as I had done before. Unfortunately, you just can't do that these days -- but Rizwan Khawaja an the dealership, pay for a car, and drive out with it, as I had done before. Unfortunately, you just can't do that these days -- but Rizwan Khawaja and Elijah Taylor did their best to help me get a car as quickly as possible and cut the visits to the dealership down to the minimum. Their attitude was pleasant and friendly, and I got the car I asked for with almost everything I wanted on it (and more than I wanted -- cars are too complicated for me these days!). More

After 4. 5 hours we finally walked out with a new vehicle. I don’t know what took so long for paperwork and it would have been nice if they reviewed my trade i 5 hours we finally walked out with a new vehicle. I don’t know what took so long for paperwork and it would have been nice if they reviewed my trade in while we were test driving. The staff was friendly but the overall experience was so slow. Also, their online inventory said the vehicle was onsite but we had to wait for it to be delivered from their sister property. More

The service department located on Covington PIke is really great. The staff is courteous and understands the importance of great customer service.
