Came without an appt at 7am and was glad to wait the 4 hours for needed oil change. Staff was very polite but visibly stressed by staff shortage. Oil change was $90. Rachael Smith helped me with my battery. I had been there three times . No one could solve the problem They kept telling me nothing was wrong with my battery. The Dealership representative, Rachel, was excellent. Rachel was very personable and friendly. She kept me informed on the progress of the work and if there were any issues in receiving my vehicle back Rachel was very personable and friendly. She kept me informed on the progress of the work and if there were any issues in receiving my vehicle back at the designated time. She called to keep me informed of the progress made about the vehicle being service and issues the mechanic wanted to me to make decisions on in order to provide service. She let me know right away when my car was ready. Also, on a second vehicle was able to get the mechanic to complete the work prior to closing so I could have my car first thing the next morning. A very wonderful experience. I will come back to Covington Pike Honda again, as long as I can deal with Rachel. More
Their customer service is terrible and their communication is even worse. I wouldn’t recommend AutoNation Honda, GMC or Ford in Memphis Tn to anyone and I can’t encourage everyone enough to not communication is even worse. I wouldn’t recommend AutoNation Honda, GMC or Ford in Memphis Tn to anyone and I can’t encourage everyone enough to not waste their time, their energy or their money with this corporation. I wanted the car I bought for a very long time and my experience with AutoNation has been so frustrating that the joy of a new(to me) car is absolutely gone. More
