I was so impressed the the entire dealership. They all made me feel very comfortable. I had purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Touring Hatchback Smoke Mauve Metallic Pearl at another Honda dealership They all made me feel very comfortable. I had purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Touring Hatchback Smoke Mauve Metallic Pearl at another Honda dealership here in Memphis. From the first day of that purchase and the way I was treated and spoke to I should have walked out and not bought the car. Long story short with 1455 miles on that car I had to trade it in I was never going to be happy. I wanted a white pearl metallic from the start. Rizwan Khawaja at Covington Pike Auto Nation Honda went out of his way to get me the car I truly wanted he e-mailed me as soon as he found one and before they could even get it cleaned up from transport. It was mine. I would like to Thank Rizwan Khawaja for his outstanding work and persistence the entire dealership was much more comfortable and polite than the previous one. My entire family owns Honda's 16 total. I look forward to doing much more business with Covington Pike Honda.
