My family has been purchasing Hondas from this dealership since the CRX-SI when we had two of them. Since then, a Pilot, a CRV, two Odysses, and my daughter just purchased a Passport from another dealer. since the CRX-SI when we had two of them. However, I am very disappointed in the Honda Company because there is a problem with my display screen. Coming back from the east coast, I had no GPS, or any other item in display. After taking it back to the dealer, I left it for repair and after six hours, they indicated it was fixed. However, within three miles of the dealership, the screen went blank. I have driven to Arkansas, places in Tennessee, and Alabama with the display coming on and going off (more going off than on). The Covington Pike manager said it was a problem that Honda was working on. However, that does not make for a happy customer. If this is not fixed soon, I will sell it to someone and buy a different make of automobile. More

Overall the sales and management team at the Covington Pike (Memphis) location were extremely nice and cordial. What prevented me from giving this location a perfect score was the fact that I had a problem with the driver's side front door immediately upon receiving the vehicle I recently purchased, once I left the lot. I believe it was a fuse or bad connection that caused the problem. In any event, I did not get any help with the vehicle I had just paid a $6,000 cash down payment for. I was even told that since my used vehicle was an Infiniti, that I could not get it serviced there. "This is a Honda dealership", I was told. Four days after purchase, I still have not gotten the problem resolved. More
