Today makes day 78 that AutoNation Honda Covington Pike had my van consecutively. They are unable to fix the air conditioning, it works intermittently. It still doesn’t work. -They replaced the condenser had my van consecutively. They are unable to fix the air conditioning, it works intermittently. It still doesn’t work. -They replaced the condenser 4/14 costing us $940. -They couldn’t duplicate the issue on 4/28. -They didn’t get the van into the shop for 2 days 6/18, couldn’t duplicate the issue. -They didn’t have anyone to look at the van on 7/2 due to the holiday weekend. -They replaced the compressor on 7/16 costing us $748. -They replaced something electrical behind the radio on 7/23. I took the van back on 7/30 for the air not working. Last communication from Honda, Rocky, was 8/15. I got my van back today 10/15 with a cracked windshield. Bonus, the air is still blowing hot. The loaner I was given also got a crack in the windshield that we notified Rocky about on August 15. The new manager, John, said he cannot help me with the refund that old manager, Rocky, told me I would get for the parts they replaced and charged me for that didn’t fix the issue. The new manager said he also could not help me with the crack they put in my windshield despite Honda not having vehicle intake photos. More
Our salesman Jody Williams was so extremely helpful with our entire car buying process. Even a week after our car buying process was over he was still available to help us answer questions about the title a our entire car buying process. Even a week after our car buying process was over he was still available to help us answer questions about the title and licensing. When we were taking pictures of the new car he ran to find a big red bow to put on the car for her. He also made sure the cars safety features were all set for a teenage driver before we left the parking lot. We had a great overall experience and are returning customers with this being our 4th Honda vehicle we have bought there. More

He did what was needed. I was pleased with the service. All of the staff that I encountered were very polite. I used to go to Honda Dealerships across town but now I am glad that I tried this location. They are closer and they provide good service. More
The sales men were very nice but not very helpful when I came to verify that the car did not have an issue. The check engine light came on as soon as I drove my car off the lot. The warranty is the best part about the dealership but I have been having trouble getting a hold of the manager since I let him take my car to a trusted shop.
