Took my honda to them for a knocking sound while in reverse or at a stop..the said it was my spark plugs, got my car back and it made the same noise...I took it back and they said it was the motor moun reverse or at a stop..the said it was my spark plugs, got my car back and it made the same noise...I took it back and they said it was the motor mount...Peter was suppose to get back with me about why I paid for spark plugs for ko reason but never did. Trevor said he would get back with me when part came in for the motor mount, to this day no one has gotten back to me so I guess the part they ordered never came. I call the shop and only get a voice mail. They made a mistake and misdiagnosed my car and instead of doing the right thing and giving me all my money back for the work that I didn't ask for...they are dodging the entire situation. I took my honda to river town gmc with greg and they immediately diagnosed it wit a bad motor mount...I have dealing with Greg for years with my suburban at Riverton gmc, I did not know they do work on Hondas..however my warranty has already been started months ago at honda auto nation...no one has ever gotten enough back to me to tell me and said the part is in the mail, or they will fix my car next week or anything.. one phone call to Greg at Riverton Buick and they take care of things the right way. I wish honda auto nation would finish the agreement they starred to fix my motor mount. And I will never take my honda to them again. I will always use Riverton gmc. These people can not be trusted. Just want my car finished More
