As usual I made an appointment and my vehicle was was taken in as soon as I arrived. The service was completed in a little less than an hour. I’ve had my Honda CR-V Touring for 6 yrs and have enjoyed it more than any car previously owned. Only have used this dealership for all maintenance and satisfied so far. The gentleman who checked me in and out was very nice and kept me informed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The amount of time the service (B1 2 7) , oil change, brake fluid, and tire rotation to kept me informed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The only issue was they failed to recalibrate the tire pressure and a few minutes after leaving it came on. I had to search for a place with air, get change for the machine, try to get the right amount of air in each tire in 95 degree weather...Not an easy task for an old gal...Also, thought the cost of the services was too high.
