Took my 2016 CR-V in for normal service. Also purchased a new battery and when it was changed out it caused little glitch. I chose to leave my CR-V at the dealership so they could figure out the problem. No new battery and when it was changed out it caused little glitch. Lee was very friendly and courteous. He has good knowledge and helped me in adding a service offer they were having at that time which saved me like 20 bucks.
