I knew I should have gone to Mike Patton. When I wanted to buy a brand new car and pay cash this dealership could not find me what I wanted so I went to LaGrange and had it the next day. Yesterday I went to buy a brand new car and pay cash this dealership could not find me what I wanted so I went to LaGrange and had it the next day. Yesterday I went for an oil change to the tune of $89.00 and ended up with a $403.00 bill. I was texted and told what needed to be done but I misread it. I was in shock and very angry. They should have given me the total before I said ok. When I got there everyone was too busy and sent me to the next cubicle. After going to all 3 I was sent back to Chris I believe. He was obviously upset because my appt. was with Rebekah but she was busy. Anyway I asked about my doors sticking in this cold weather and he said it would be $89 to run a test. I was shocked and asked couldn't someone just look at it and he said it would be $89.00. I will never go back. I should have known better. More
