I always have great service at AutoNation Honda Columbus. My service advisor is Jordan Lohsl. She makes sure my car is always up to date on all maintenance to keep my car running. My car has over 245,000 miles and still runs like new. I bought my 2002 Honda Accord new and to this day, I never had to use a tow truck service. I also bring my 2003 Mazda B2300 to her. My mechanic is Sherman and he takes good care of my car and truck. I just had both for oil changes and other maintenances and I am very happy with my services on both vehicles. Both Jordan and Sherman are great assets to the AutoNation Family. More

I called in on Monday morning and needed to schedule service for my van asap and was able to get in the next day and was even able to last minute change the time! Trevor was great at helping me out, buy service for my van asap and was able to get in the next day and was even able to last minute change the time! Trevor was great at helping me out, buy calling me with any questions or info on my van during the service and was friendly yet professional! John was helpful as well when I came to pick up the van and pay for the services! The lady on the phone, I didn't catch her name, was courteous in scheduling our appt as well. Overall Pleased!
