I enjoy coming to Autonation Honda of Columbus; great service. My only issue with my last visit is that John, customer service rep., would not honor a oil change coupon because my vehicle, Chevy Traverse service. My only issue with my last visit is that John, customer service rep., would not honor a oil change coupon because my vehicle, Chevy Traverse, which is my 2nd vehicle, was not a Honda. An Oil Change with military discount cost me $108. Quite a bit of money for an oil change. It’s little things like this that will give me pause, when choosing my next new car dealership.
