However, my service advisor Jordan and courtesy driver Tim always makes the process as easy as poss the mist of everyday life with a family and work. My only issue with my last visit is that John, customer service rep., would not honor a oil change coupon because my vehicle, Chevy Traverse service. An Oil Change with military discount cost me $108. Quite a bit of money for an oil change. It’s little things like this that will give me pause, when choosing my next new car dealership.
