Woo, my service rep, was great! He took care of everything and explained each service need. Plus, I had questions about my car-how I could leave the car running with the ac on ( He took care of everything and explained each service need. Plus, I had questions about my car-how I could leave the car running with the ac on (for my dogs while traveling) and still have it lock to go in to a store. He showed me how to adjust the steering column too! He is great! He also offered to have the car washed and vacuumed but I wasn’t able to wait longer. More

Great personable and timely service! I took my car in to get the starter system replaced and was taken care of really well by Woo. I am very disappointed that I made an appointment, when I got to the dealership and checked in I was told that they would be a long wait because they only had 2 technicians. Non of my concern if your employe got to the dealership and checked in I was told that they would be a long wait because they only had 2 technicians. Non of my concern if your employee call out, but it did not take long at all. The problem is, I got an oil change and tire rotation but my service light is still on. I called back and was told to bring the car back that they forgot to reset the code or whatever. My fear is, what else did they forget! I am not confident that my car is 100% safe. I do not pay all that money to have my car serviced at Autonation to leave there feeling any other than confident. Unacceptable!!! More
The $170 spent on the diagnostics performed on our 2004 CR-V Honda was very well appreciated, but the costs to do the shocks/rotors etc. were too expensive for our budget.
