I bought my Honda Accord from AutoNation in 2009, just when the 2010 models came out. Even at over 13 years old, now, it is still a wonderful car! Now that I'm old and about to stop driving, I'm getting the car ready to give to my grandson, so I had it in for service yesterday. Woo Lee was my service rep, and he was wonderful! So helpful, patient and understanding! He even had them wash my car when they finished the service, and it looks like a new car now. It still drives so well! It has many things that were brand new in 2010, like hands-free telephone, and several then-new safety features -- ALL of which still work just like new! After my service yesterday, I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. Everything was done well and in good time, and Woo Lee was so patient and helpful. My car has never been in for service in any place other than AutoNation (although the name was different in 2010). I admit that when AutoNation took over the dealership, I was not sure that I would be as happy with the service; but I found that they were wonderful, always kind, helpful, reliable -- and they never, not even once, tried to pressure me to buy a NEW car (which I had thought they might do, as mine is so old); but they always listened to me, did the service just as I wanted, made recommendations when I asked, and have kept my car in perfect order all these years. I could not be more pleased with them; and if I decide that I want to keep driving and need a new car, well, I will just go back to AutoNation Honda and buy one from them! And I will ask Woo Lee for his recommendation! More

The service I needed was completed and trust done well. My only issue was when I called to make an appt, the system suggested making an appt online to which I received a txt link. I saw all the times and chose the first one available. I received an email confirmation. I drove 50 min when I was told due to the time and shortage of workers they will not be able to service the code I came with. Needless to say, I was not happy and told him someone should have called me then instead of waiting until I got there. He said they could complete par tof the service but not all that the service code would recommend. I was fine with that. Another customer service rep, when he saw me arrive had gone to the back to ask if it can be done and they said they could so the went ahead and did the full service req. A couple of things... if the other rep didn't go to the back to ask, I would have driven 50 min for an oil and tire rotation that could have been done locally. I drove 50 min because of the dealership's good rating but anyone can do an oil change and I could have had my tires rotated at Costco. I'm thankful for the rep who went and asked before I walked in. Disappointed in the rep who was just going to tell me they couldn't do it and didn't even call to let me know. They had plenty of time (over an hour) to call when they received the appt request and if they felt that code couldn't be serviced. The rep came to tell me I need new brake pads but again emphasized how they couldn't do it and when an appt is made last minute like this it limits, etc etc... then you shouldn't take anyone that late in the evening. There were several other times lots after the time I chose so it was nit my last min appt but you need to change your system. I don't think I'll be going back there again. More
Great customer service. They explain what you need, why, and when you need it! I always sit and wait but the wait is within reason. The waiting area is also nice.
