I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about the Honda Dealer Rep- Mr. Woo Lee! He is such a professional. Mr. Lee makes my experiences easy and upfront with what type of maintenance I need. I have 2 Honda Pilots and ALWAYS brings them back to AutoNation and I make it appoint that he is the person I interface with as he absolutely informative of what my SUVs needs. Also, his teammates around him are also excellent. They are proactive and positive to all customers when I observe them. Mr. Lee is an outstanding employee and the mechanics do a great job. He and they are the reason my wife and I come back. More
Very disappointed with this dealership in Columbus. Something as simple as scheduling an oil change and asking for pricing turned into an unhelpful and frankly condescending individual on the phone.
